Using It on Home HVAC

Had a partial drain blockage on home central AC. System would run, cool house, dehumidify, and generate enough condensate to back up and lift the float switch, shutting the compressor off. I checked the float switch several times, but by chance, the condensate had drained enough that all looked normal. I've drilled a small hole in side of float switch, even with the base of the cavity, and inserted the leads from this sensor (cut the board off, it will still alarm with water on tips of the wires), with some rope putty to seal the hole and fix the wiring in place. The wires don't interfere with movement of the float switch, but if an condensate backs up into the assembly, this sensor will give me a LOUD and unmistakeable notice of what/where the problem is.

Works fine with my Atlas batteries. Perhaps not the most elegant implementation, but it *is* Harbor Freight.

Holster Is Fine.

Good basic IWB holster. No reason to go three figures for a leather holster.
