Poor value
After about a month of using I found.
SO2 readings are about 50% failure to read, any movement even heavy breathing causes it to be inconclusive (this is I really need it) Takes 30 seconds to find it is inconclusive and and good readings will be 88 then 97% on second try.
During workout mode all other tests are locked out.
Other than sleep mode all tests are manual.
Out of 9 - 19 hours of sleep one 3 6 hours are read.
Watch looks good but has little value. Got wife a $45 watch and is better than this $195 watch.
Will be trashing this watch and getting the watch my wife has.

The good and the bad
The good is that the unit is excellent. The 7100 is all one would want from a GPS.
The bad is the first two window mounts fell apart, third one is still working. It really has a strange mounting system and I am thinking of getting an after market window mount.
Also bad is that updated maps are hard to find, this is due to company leaving the US market. Everything is being ported to the smart phones (this is where Navigon is going).
Due to Navigon leaving the US is the main reason I can not recommend that anyone should buy this or any Navigon unit. With buying the unit, a mount and software updates to maps (yes I found one), my expense is about the same as if I had purchased one of the big three units.
The excellent was the seller I dealt with, replaced both bad mounts quickly.

Accurate with minor problems
Product appears to be very accurate. Placed on 20 foot high pole, had to take pole down twice to replace the rain cup which the wind blew off. Doing again for the third time but will glue rain cup on. App very hard to work with (74 year old male could be some of problem) so don't use.
