The weak points of the DT502
2 of 2 found this helpful The remote that comes with this unit is it's weakest link. I have four of these and only one remote remained working after a year of moderate use. I recommend one replace the DT502 remote with a programble remote and put the original remote aside.
After several years of use one day the DT502 suddenly lost it's audio. The solution I found was to do a factory reset, and volia the sound returns.
