Terrible documentation

The documentation is terrible– Nonexistent. The website is of very little use. They claim to use air print. There is no instruction for it. The website is useless. The wait for telephone support is lengthy. Even with telephone technical support, setting up air print was complicated-certainly not intuitive.

Disappointed

It does not fit well. I am familiar with another one of their products that does fit well. It has a lower NRR rating, but does a better job of reducing loud noise. I had hoped that these would be an improvement. They are not. They are worse than the others. I doubt the 33 rating.
