Great turnaround of a former "bad guy."
I read anything by Stephanie Laurens. I love the way her characters show up in each others' stories. Malcolm Sinclair was something of a rogue, even a "bad guy" in earlier books. I wish I could remember which ones, so I could re-read them! He really did redeem himself this time. He turned himself into a philanthropist, and did some hands-on rescuing. There were enough hints about his past behaviors to set him up, and show how much he has turned his life around. I liked that there were three distinct parts to the story, his ability to solve problems, and how he repaired his relationships with those who knew him before.
