Bad diagnosis
Didn't fix my problem - board's probably good, but my diagnostics are not.

Worth the money, and a fun result.
Not sure what finally did it. This part was the remote receiver, and it was very hard to connect the part to the antenna - ended up soldering it. However, in the end, I have now taught Ziggy (Alexa's new cousin) to talk to the Roku. Still learning the syntax, but pretty good for a big set pulled from the alley.
