high quality build , relatively small and light, accurate and very fast, beat the hell out of bulky 4284A and it goes to 5MHz with 1Khz steps all the way. I bought this dirt cheap because it was not working, and I repaired it, and it works like a charm. I am gonna sell my 4263B now
