Made to fail
2 of 2 found this helpful This is the second time I've bought this TV...big mistake. The first one stopped working after 6 months (it would restart itself on an endless loop and could only be turned off by unplugging from the wall), but it was my old roommates and I thought he just had a bad one. When he moved out, I was quick to buy another one because who wouldn't miss a 60" TV? I've had it for less than a month now and although they seem to have updated several components of the TV (SmartTV user interface, base-stand, etc.), they still haven't figured out the issue of the TV freezing and restarting itself. I'm incredibly frustrated and do not recommend buying this TV to anybody.
For the record, this is a Samsung issue and not related to the vendor (our last TV was through a different service)
