Glad these are available
2 of 2 found this helpful I feel safer when saving my patches to cartridge. Since the OME cartridges are rare and expensive, these are a great alternative along with being built with new coponents. They even come with patches loaded that you can keep or overwrite. Only wish they had cases as I worry about static discharge, but they are stable when inserted into the instrument. Highly recommend.

Pricey but nice
These are very nice representations of the originals down to the pop-riveted wings. Care must be used when applying adequate force to "snap" the wings in place to the fuselage. You can tell when they are properly seated by their perfectly straight horizontal alignment, which was a surprise! I would think the teeth (snaps) would eventually wear with excessive use causing the wings to become "wobbly" at the fuselage. I would not recommend these to be used by a child without supervision for this reason. Landing gear fold down from underneath the wings. I would also imagine these would eventually become loose with excessive use. I keep one fastened to my 6800 flat car, and must say the red and white plane on the red flat car is very sharp looking. I keep the black and yellow assembled with the wings attached and landing gear down. Overall, these are reasonably sturdy models of the V-tail Beechcraft Bonanza. I did not give them five stars due to the seemingly high price, but everything in this hobby is high-priced! Very glad Lionel re-issued these, and very happy with the purchase.

5 Stars even without an adapter.
I’m so glad I didn’t pay much attention to the negative reviews all over the place. It works for me and fills a void for strings and choirs my other boards don’t have. The included mic is ok, but much better vocoder with a higher quality mic, I’m using a Sure 58. You can’t get anything with this small of a foot print if you’re putting a studio together with space limitations. Works great, I’m happy.
