However; when I messaged the seller regarding an issue with the product I was greeted with an immediate defensive, bordering on aggressive, tone. Seller attempted to dissuade me from attempting to return citing made up policies that are in conflict with eBays own terms. Ultimately I was able to troubleshoot my own problem and make it work (hence the neutral feedback) but with absolutely no support or even offer of assistance from the seller.

Functionality on a Harley is slightly limited since the system doesn’t fully recognize it and Tex messages cannot be played. Probably due to the missing pins. But perfect for just listening to music or the radio. Nav aid prompts are played.
