Minor mods to make it fit but works great.

As described but did not fit my computer seamlessly. There are slight model differences between the different number versions. My computer had eight small plastic hooks in the chassis that I had to twist and break in order for this piece to sit flat. After that, it went in OK and works fine. I assume I have a newer computer and Lenovo tried to mitigate some rattling with the keyboard by putting in these hooks in later models. In any case, it worked fine.

Excellent results

Excellent results if you have patience and skill. The key is to start out with a well cleaned cone and spider. Patience pays off. I took several days to complete to allow glue to dry correctly at each step. Unless your driver is damaged or has been mistreated, alignment should not be too difficult. I'm so pleased with the result that I'm doing a full restoration of the cabinet and crossover, including internal cabling and posts. You can find the crossover diagram on line and buy top notch capacitors. I purchased Mundorff capacitors and resistance and will upgrade cable with good Cardas speaker cable. I may change the inductors and put silver cable for the twitter to see if sound cleans up and top is a bit brighter. Overall, I'm glad I did not junk my old Advents. I've hand them since 1975! Good luck.
