Maverick Audio D2 dedicate highend Digital to Analog converter DAC + Tube PreAmp

Overhyped.

The Maverick D2 is a very well-built piece of machinery; shipping was fast, and the company behind it is solid. However, in terms of sound quality, my lowly Topping D10 runs circles around the D2, better transients, better imaging and better sound - period.
