RC promotes strong bones & teeth skin is supple and NOT DRY snd itchy especially furing winter cold ir summers hot weather. This can be used for kneeling, prayer, cleaning floors, gardening and AS A STADIUM CUSHION AGAINST COLD
This kneeler is soft like a good memory foam mattress, pillow, great for praying, bathtime with little ones, gardening cleaning on the floor. IT CAN EASILY BE USED AS A STADIUM SEAT...the bottom side is a grey color. I advise to know IT IS NOT WATERPROOF I've had this material on things before. so for wet environments I'd suggest otherwise....but it can easily be dried or wiped off. but is NOT waterproof I highly recommend It. I got it specifically for a prayer pad. I had thought to buy a stadium cushion for those times I sit on the icy cold stadium bleachers....I DO NOT NEED TO....this is insulated with a thin core of rubbery EVA material so I'm sure this would suit as a stadium cushion. I would say if someone is excessively large to consider this size. I find it right for my 5'4 130 lb frame.
