It all depends...
1 of 1 found this helpful It definitely depends on what you are doing. What you are shooting with, the surface it's sitting on, and whether or not you're using an extension with it. By itself with a small point and shoot, micro 4/3, or GoPro type camera I'm sure it would be great. Attach a selfie stick to it for extension and things change quite a bit. The base although small is too light and with wind it will tip over with the extension attached. I'm a property virtual tour creator and tried to use it with a 360 camera and found getting things perfectly level nearly impossible. Not a bad tool, just the wrong tool in my case. Smaller and lighter is not always better. Good for average recreational use though.
