Fixed my '97 Z3 windows not going dow, even thought they went up just fine.

fit just fine in my 1997 BMW Z3. I had an issue where my windows were going up just fine, but when trying to go down they would go real slow, and often get jammed up. The only way I could get them down was if I pushed it down to help out the mechanism. Turns out it was just these simple little plastic clips that get old and break. If you are having the same issue these should do the trick, just watch some youtube videos to get some tips on how to easily replace these.
