Must read for small business, and maybe the big ones too!
I have done three startups in my life and beginning to venture into my 4th. I came across it after listening to a podcast on sales. I so wish I would have found this years ago.
Gino boils down years of experience, picks from several successful businesses and blends it into a perfect cocktail for the businessman in 6 manageable pieces of pie.
I have known what he teaches for years and this is assembled into a great system that will be sure to help folks be successful if they will but do it!
I highly recommend this to anyone getting started. We have enough average businesses out there, hence the statistic that the majority of Americans hate their jobs. Don't be one of them!

I owned a Treager and their quality slipped over the years. So I had an opportunity to upgrade and tried this model. I seriously regret it!! The outside began within a few months and their response is “we don’t cover that!” The rust keeps getting worse (and I bought a cover for it... they don’t give you one). Within the first 6 months, the igniter went out. They sent me another and I changed it out. I’ve had times where it won’t hold temps close to the setting, go high or go low. It gets the job done, at least for now, but I think Traeger makes a better product even though their quality has slipped.

Simple read on tough concepts.
It is this simple, Jim Bergen gets it. We are all broken and there is not need to judge and condemn one another. We are like one orphan arguing with another orphan "You're more of an orphan than me." He has great insight and perfect illustrations to help anyone sincerely interesting in learning about their spiritual side. I read the book faster than probably any other and loved every word. Thank God for a humble person who can relate spiritual matters to an everyday guy. I highly recommend this book to everyone.
