life changing book
I am the manager at Curves and wanted to learn more so I could help the women who workout there so i bought the book. Let me tell you, this book will change the way you look at food and exercise!
My mother died from complications from diabestes and my father has already lost 1 leg and now going on number 2. I refuse to be like my parents when it is something that can be prevented.
I have told all my ladies about this book and highly recomend it to anyone that is effected by it. If you have children then you should read this book. It will bring to light the reasons children are so overweight and how their eating and exercise habits should come into play.
I went to a Curves convention last year and Francine Kaufman was one of the speakers there. This woman was captivating with all of the infomation about childhood diabesity and adult diabesity.
Take the time to read this, it will change your life for the better.
