    When I bought this sculpture I never thought I will be left with such a positive encounter Kurt was prompt in responding once I bought the sculpture and the packaging arrived on time and was well packed it look me 15 mins to open it. However, the sculpture got dislodged due to courier service mishandling the parcel. I had reached out to Kurt asking how to repair it. Kurt responded promptly and he chose to drive to my apartment pick up the sculpture, repair it and deliver it back.
