There was an issue with a lever that moved/was pinched during shipping but it was not the seller's fault and it needed a small repair that I could perform.   Excellent seller! The beautiful cash register is as described and in excellent condition. The seller went out of his way to answer all my questions, was very communicative, and even made a little video to demonstrate how it works. The packaging was perfect; and he even delivered it in person travelling all the way from Poland to Paris.

  Thomas is a really professional seller. He has years of experience in shipping and restoring typewriters. The typewriter I bought was a Mignon 4, 1930 which is a 95 years old typewriter and was impossible to arrive safely if not packed professionally by this great man.   As a collector of typewriters I'm very careful with all the 'to good to be true' sellers, but Tomasz is a true gentlemen seller! Gorgeous restaured machines, very well and accurate photographed, and Tomasz is always there with additional info if you have questions. This is how an ebay shop should be! I received the Mercedes very fast, and extremely well packed. I'm so happy with it that it has a prominent place in my collection and I can't stop smiling when I'm looking at it. Thanks Tomasz!

  I collect vintage typewriters but have never ordered from outside the USA. Zac was amazing to deal with and was available every step of the way. The packing was the best I've ever seen. Plastic wrap over outside box then 3-6 inches of custom cut foam, inner box, more packing, then more wrapping. I received a beautiful typewriter in excellent condition as I cant find this caliber of typewriter in the US. I have purchased other typewriters from Zac and all arrived safely. Highly recommend.
