Scratched my Sax. Don't recommend

I used it less than a week. The padding on the bottom support has a seam that scratched my horn. It looked like soft padding but when I was polishing the bell, I noticed scratches that lined up with the support. The seam did feel a little rough. It is a brand new instrument that I always kept in the case.
