Straight to the Point - to help others do the same!
This man has proved that you can beat even 4th stage 'terminal' cancer. He is also part of a study by Dr Kelly Turner of nearly 1600 other people across America that were written up as having gone into 'spontaneous Remission' with cancers of different types, yet had in reality followed the same protocol as Chris Wark and worked hard to turn their health around and won. Some did it with standard treatment and others did some standard treatment and then followed the plant-based diet; extra food supplements; stress busters; better sleep; clean environment and more moveing around. Also, they learned facts about cancer that others need to know to conquer it, such as research of Dr Otto H Warburg in the 1930s. Chris has a website of same name worth a visit with a free lecture series and recipes enhancing the book.

Quiet and efficient from the start,
It started as soon as it went on the stove and is quiet and created a soft warm air exchange, so we hung some laundry in front of the inglenook and it all dried a lot faster than when I didn't have a fan. The heat goes further through the house with the door open now as well. I may get a second one for extra flow from the other side of the stove - though I have the kettle going there at present.

Med-fit 1 TENS Machine helps me at work
4 of 4 found this helpful I have no disks surviving in my lower spine (S range), 2 herniated at L4/L5 and another at T1 after a bad fall accident 15 years ago. Can't go on meds for more than a week - they mess up my stomach! TENS is the only answer if I am sitting for more than 30 minutes or the pain is unbearable. This TENS machine turned on just the variable BUZZZZZ mode at about 2 or 3 is OK for me for 2-3 hours sitting at work.
This little machine does the job efficiently and slots easily on a belt or waistband, where I can access the top knobs easily to turn it up or down.
Read the very good instructions carefully. Turn it off before adjusting the sticky pads on the body or when going for 'comfort breaks' or you may get a surge of power or snag on clothes.
I keep mine with spare pads and batteries in a small zip pouch/ pretty make-up purse that I carry in my handbag every day. Very useful and have recommended it to everyone with chronic problems like mine - Though If you need an osteopath, use them as well, then use the machine to get over the treatment, helping the healing or stability issues sort or settle.
