    The Royer SF-24 mic I purchased from this seller was at least as described -- in "excellent" condition; in fact, everything appeared new, including the 2 cases, manual, and manufacturer's packaging. My initial tests with the microphone are consistent with what I would expect if it were new. The packaging was very well done -- a large box with internal packing around the Pelican-style case; it was sent promptly via FedEx, and safely and promptly received. This is an exceptional seller!

It arrived quickly via FedEx, where it was confirmed that it was the official cover offered by Moog - a high quality cover that is no longer offered by the manufacturer. Price was MSRP and as it's no longer made, I found the price to be more than acceptable, so yes, a good value to me.     Communication was nearly instantaneous! Description was accurate. Shop had a busy week but once the package made it to the PO I received it super fast!!!Like everyone says the packing was perfect. Apologies for the anxious email about shipping but a mint Neumann in the house cures everything!!! (the fine print does say up to 3 days to ship after payment clears!) Great price and I could not be happier. Would certainly buy from again. Thanks for your help!

    what a great experience!! went above and beyond to ship up here to Alaska, packed well, good tracking and communication...like everything you need and want. love this store now!! and if anyone is on the fence with the Moog subsequent 25(like me- wanting the 37 key really...)-don't be!! it's a little beast...the extra headroom is incredible and the portability outweighs the missing keys for me. nice to have presets and freed me up to get patch silly with other stuff !! thank you!!!!!!!!
