A shame that the item was damaged in the post. We have sold over 300 of these, and this is only the 2nd or 3rd time we have had an issue with the courier out of all those transactions. We could have sent out a replacement, but as you requested a refund, that's of course what we did. Apologies again that this didn't work out for you.

Amazing service and quick delivery. Items well packaged and as described. Nicely made and look really good. Unfortunately for me the discs are too deep for my enterprise which seems to be rather shallow than normal so I need to grind them down for them to fit. The discs are good value. Seller friendly and helpful.
