Works well,effective, good value, use carefully and read instructions
kills the subterranean bugs and while on the surface kills everything else; been using for years; be careful to read instructions; it says 1/3 ounce per gallon, but around my house windows, outlets and soffit I use 1/2 ounce per gallon. At the family farm it is the best to get rid of ants, feas and red bugs(pesky little critters)
Be cautious when applying. I choose a non windy day and wear motorcycle goggles, bandana over my mouth, hat long sleeve shirt and blue jeans as well as disposable gloves; will smell a couple of days. Afterwards I immediately wash my clothes and take a shower.( these precautions are what I do)
A gallon goes a ling way and this is a good value.
