    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER. They shipped a console to me with 30 GERMAN COCKROACHES and now are blaming me that I swapped out their parts even though I now have a biohazard in a box sitting in my office. They are also sending me threats like " this will escalate way more then a return despite if this comes back to me with swapped parts" and " if that's not 100% matching and correct there will be a problem". They are refusing to cooperate and provide a return label.Absolutely terrible

    First I would like to say that I cannot say enough great things about the seller. I don't know how I have gone so long without. It busts my cars lug nuts right off with ease and tackles 98% of what I throw at it. If you are debating on buying the big brother ( 1400lb) or this I would recommend to buy this first. I have a friend who owns both and loves them to death but hardly ever uses the big dog. I use red lithium xc batterys with it and they run it for a long time. Regular lithium batterys only last a few min. They recommend the 9.0 battery but it's not 100% necessary in my opinion Regular extention and attachments will kill the torque of the impact. Impact grade attachments seem just fine. Comming from a home gamer I have never thought twice about my buy other then how much I love it. Hope this helps somone els decide.
