left side, no sound.

it's beautiful in outside construction. but sound, now that's where I have a problem. the sound from the right ear is incredable, but the left. is silent. there is no sound at all. I've tried three differnet computers. the left side does not work. the mic works great. the led lights are also a plus. I love the sound. but would rather hear it from both sides. How do I send these back and get one that work proper.
