Heavy, but OK
For the price they're not bad. The 56mm lens does let in plenty of light & the field-of-view is definitely very good. There is a dramatic increase with the FOV & brightness compared to my 10x32's & 8x45's. Although not too big, they are heavy. Don't know if I will use them for hunting (as intended) as I do quite a bit of walking. For sitting in a blind or similar activity they will be fine, but that's not what I do. Clarity is very good although I detected very slight/minimal distortion at the outer edges when focused on an object. However, it's not enough, given the price, to cause me concern. Could just be my eyes as I need glasses to see up close. "Younger" eyes seem to not have this issue.

Like 'em!!!!
Use these rings for sporting rifle(s) with Weaver style / cross-slot bases. At 1/3-1/2 the price of similar rings (which I also use) they have, so far, held tight on light (243) to medium (30-06) recoiling rifles. Eventually I'll try a set on a magnum rifle. As a rule I use Lok-Tite on bases & rings therefore I cannot comment w/o the use of it. These rings are definitely worth trying if you haven't already.

DORCY!!!
Another Dorcy product that, for the price, can't be beat. Like the wide beam. Great for home, shop, camp & car.
