NOT NEW! The product was not in a box and the foil seal over the opening was not there. The item was advertised as "NEW". The response from the seller was that "not all stores require a safety seal, but some like Sephora, do". I responded that I have been buying this product from different stores for years and the product ALWAYS has a safety seal over the opening. I asked what was being done about it being a "used" product and not "new" as advertised. No response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

Not all make-up has a seal on it. The buyer doesn't understand what they are buying and won't listen to an explanation. I went as far as contacting the company to confirm that they do not put a seal on this product.
