What I expected
I haven't installed it, yet. However, the item appears to be of good quality, and should meet my needs with no problem.

Exceeded my expectations
These work great. A bit small for me, so they tend to move a little, but this hasn't proved to be a problem. My nostrils no longer clamp shut when breathing during sleep. The end that goes in first seems a bit too square, and hurts one of my nostrils (I have a bit of a deviated septum) if inserted too far. The design might benefit from rounding the leading edges a bit.

Replaced one that was stolen.
I use this for a supplemental feed into our church's sanctuary audio mixing board. I fabricated a mount for it this time, so it should be a little more difficult for it to just "walk off". I used some spare metric screws from my computer "stash" to attach the mount to the back of the mixer using the existing threaded holes. The sound is fine, and I am experiencing no issues with noise. However, I'm having an issue that may or may not be related to the unit itself, and have not as yet had time to trouble-shoot the problem. Every once in awhile, the unit will stop working, and I have to pull out and re-insert the output cable to get it back on line.
