Don't waste your money!

I watched like 5-6 videos Lucid Audio videos put up on Youtube, touting the crystal clear ambient enhancing sounds with headphone capability. What a joke! First of all the weird earbud gel design is horrible. The only gels that work in my ears are the foam ones that you have to squeeze and twist just to get them to stay in your ear. Then the stereo music quality is so low and flat it's like who the hell designed them needs to actually test their product before putting it into mass production. Very bad design. Then as far as the audio enhancing feature, all you hear is a heavy white noise background sound when it should be picking up voices and noises it simply does not and it doesn't amplify anything except the white noise. One last thing is I have owned a few headsets over the years and have noticed that the software these sort of generic Chinese brand companies are using is the same. I mean they all use the same monotone funny English speaking lady voice and it is always in the cheap crappy headsets. This headset has the exact same software as those crappy Chinese branded headsets telling you the headset is connected and whatever. For a $100 pair of premium headphones why would they use a crappy generic os? Just my opinion. My $19 Anker earbuds have waaaay far superior sound and quality than these headphones. I wasted my money and regret the purchase.
