Good Value for Small Room Usage
3 of 5 found this helpful Needed a system that took up less room than our old one yet did all the same things... CD, cassette, turntable, etc. This is not a unit for people who want a super sophisticated sound system. It is for people with limited space who just want something to play relaxing music while they sit and read and don't need all the fancy speakers, etc. The only thing I disliked is something that seems to happen with a lot of foreign made products... the instruction manual. The writers apparently assume you are of a particular electronic mindset and they leave out a little step or two that seem trivial to them, but which reeks havoc with the average Joe or Jane trying to follow the instructions. With this unit one of those trivial absences is in how to use the Function control.

Works just as advertised.
Worked perfectly from the git-go. I used these older, handheld games to pick up and play during TV commercials, and in places where I am having just a few minutes here and there to kill. It fits in my shirt pocket, making it easy to carry. I don't like smart phones. I am of another generation. Now I find it is a conversation starter when I pull my "ancient" game out and begin playing.
