healthy cooking
i made only 2 things in the fryer...fried chicken and breaded salmon filet. both came out really good. no messy clean up, either. when the weather cools off, i will try more winter-type foods. things like fried veggies. i'm looking forward to experimenting with new recipes that i can eat on a low carb diet and can be fried without oil so they are really healthier for me.

i have only had my air fryer for about a week and have not tried any of the recipes i marked off. it will take me awhile to use enough recipes to give an honest opinion of the air fryer and the recipes made for it.

used items should be checked carefully to make sure they can be assembled properly
1 of 1 found this helpful the thermostat works just fine, but since it was marked as used, it was not in perfect condition. the backplate was missing a tab on the lower right side, leaving only one tab on the left side to hold the front plate in place. this is not possible, so i had to tape the front to the back and fasten it to the wall. other than the tape holding the plate to the wall, the thermostat works very well.
