cheap
Capable of being very loud but not selective about what is amplified. Lots of white noise in addition to all other sound. Goes from zero to unpleasant with no middle ground. Got what I paid for.

good value
it is a bit hard to install, but ALL FAN CLUTCHES ARE. It was shipped very fast and the quality is excellent.
