This fragile item was badly packaged and there were lumps and bumps on the back surface. The seller was condescending, I think making out that (in bad English) it was the protective plastic cover I was examining, which it wasn't. Anyway the upshot is they said they would accept a return but I had to open an eBay case once I started the return as they went quiet on me.
