Different hole size
When I received these they required Langer holes in my long handles, brush and net. I thought about how to make it work and finally drilled the hole larger in the net, brush and poles. All is good but was extra work.

Setup
I just plugged it in and it worked. I was using skype.

Excellent value with all parts included as described. You might need a blocking element over the back where the pipes enter the pedestal from the wall.
