  A Misled and Disappointing, Frustrating Retail Experience I typically prefer to highlight the positives in any shopping experience, but unfortunately, my recent purchase from “ren33183” left much to be desired. I feel compelled to file a complaint and share my story. I realized there was a “ no return policy” on the platform, but the description and pictures looked decent. What I received are shoes that could not be worn, with stretched and deteriorated straps.

  Buyer originally opened claim saying item arrived late, which tracking proved was untrue. Suddenly SIX WEEKS after receiving the item she provides blurry photos claiming the shoes arrived damaged. Ok, sure.
