Seller immediately sent a replacement. Shipping on both remotes was very fast. New remote works great. Sellers communication was excellent! Resolved the issue immediately. Would definitely recommend.

    Absolutely phenomenal seller! I ordered two remotes for our split AC units, and one of them sadly arrived and didn't work. I reached out to the seller, and they tried to help guide me how to maybe fix it (since it was freezing cold out) but it sadly did not work.
