Good for what ails you
This is a cheaper version of Benefiber but just as good. It's quite difficult and expensive to buy in the UK and it worked out cheaper to get it from the US, even with the postage costs.
It was frustrating that it took only a few days to reach the UK and then the carrier took another five days to get it to me.
