Very good quality, worth the investment in a better tool.
2 of 2 found this helpful Very pleased with these, genuine Oetiker, spend a little extra for these and don't use the cheaper alternative pliers there is a big difference. The hinge design gives you better leverage/crimping power. The steel is high quality so the crimp "blades" are narrower and that helps keep the final shape better. Steel is strong that you can cut the band of an old crimp for removal. Mine said made in USA-a good thing- although I thought it was going to be from Germany.

Good for spark plug wire ends.
1 of 1 found this helpful Nice crimpers, good brand. This is what you need to crimp spark plug wire ends. All the other crimpers and pliers I tried didn't cut it at all ,even on the "ignition" crimp spot, so I got this one glad I did. Now the crimps are easy and won't come loose.
