  Item was described as new, however, the seller didn't care to protect the shoes. So I guess they don't believe in careful handling/shipping. When I received the shoes, the white mudguard and midsoles were scuffed with black marks. Seller didn't care to fix the issue and blamed it on the box that they used to ship the item. Very disappointed in the customer service. Wish I could return them, and seller didn't offer a discount, rebate, or return.
