Good value BnW film if rated slower than ISO 400
1 of 1 found this helpful After seeing samples on the internet I wasn't expecting much but the price for 35mm was tempting.
With some minimal experimentation I found it to be ok in HC-110 pulled to ISO250. The grain I got with HC-110 made me not want to try this film in Rodinal.
There was little shadow detail in any developer I tried at ISO400.
It handles overexposure up to 4 stops well but even 1 stop under things start to get ugly.
In the end pulling it to ISO250 in XTOL 1+1 provided good shadow detail, fine grain and even contrast.

Great value 400 BnW film
At EI320, very good tonality in Rodinal 1+50 for medium format. Grainy but pleasant.
Drys a bit curly but not the worst I've used. Keep the sun out of the image as the anti-halation isn't the best.
Very good value.

Good BnW film. May require experimentation with developers and ISO ratings.
Can be tricky with development. Did not find it to be a true 200 speed film in XTOL, Rodinal, ID11 or HC-110. More like a 125-160 film. Highlights block up easily with HC-110. Looked ugly in Rodinal at 200. Does not handle under-exposure well.
Very good tonality with a bit of an infra-red effect in sunlight. Grain is present but not ugly or large.
Took me quite a bit of experimentation to get the look how I wanted but pulled to 125 in XTOL 1+1 is a good combination, even in half-frame.
