Rotates REALLY fast
I purchased this plug in rotating disco ball for the 80's ambiance of the slowly rotating ball and gracefully moving colored lights. But that's not what you get. It does have beautiful colors, but it spins crazy fast so the colors are flying all over the place. It's not a peaceful, graceful design across your ceiling. It's a very rapid, if you are prone to seizures don't buy it, type spin. I'd love to give it five stars because it works perfectly and the colors are very pretty, but the speed of the light show caused both me and it to be turned off.

Side effects
Energy boost lasted about three hours. The dizziness, racing heart, and sweats lasted two of the three hours. So really not worth it. One hour of feeling perky, two hours of feeling like yuck, and that's it. As far as appetite control goes, it did decrease my appetite for several hours, but when I did get hungry I was STARVING and ate seconds to feel full. I'll not be buying any more of these.

No compression even with a small size
I'm a nurse so on my feet a lot. I'm 5' 6.5", weigh 213#, and wear a US women's size 10 shoe. I ordered a L/XL and they were like putting on a pair of knee socks from Wal-Mart. Worthless on compression. I then ordered a S/M. Minimal actual compression and didn't help at all with foot/leg pain. And very hot. They're nice quality fabric I suppose, so go for it if you want hot black socks. But not worth your money if you're wanting them for the job they're supposed to do.
