    Fast shipping. The Lego box appeared to be in great condition. The value was good as it was the least expensive one on eBay. I would buy from this seller again as the transaction was smooth and the product was as described. I didn't have to communicate with the seller so I can't rate the communication.

    Laptop came as described in the advertisement. Shipping was quick, 2 working days from winning the bidding. It was wrapped in a couple layers of bubble wrap. Checking Lenovos site I still have a couple months of warranty, bonus! Loaded windows and it is working well. I did contact the seller and they were responsive and professional to my questions. Overall I am happy with the quality and value of my purchase.

    I am beyond pleased with Regency. The laptop shipped almost right away and thus arrived quickly, it came in a nice big box with a lot of protective wrapping, the pictures posted in the auction don't do it justice as it was in better condition than described, and getting the machine for the price I did was amazing. I'll definitely be saving them as a seller and will buy for them if I ever need another laptop for myself or a loved one.

    The ThinkPad T14 Gen 2 came exactly as described and with no issues after a week of using as my daily driver, the packaging was perfect and seemed like for once someone actually put thought into making sure a fragile machine such as a laptop was safe in transit. I got this machine for good value while bidding in one of their auctions. While there was a delay in shipping that frustrated me, I understand that isn't the seller's fault but other than that this seller is 10/10 and I would buy again.

    Shipping time was fast and packaging was only good as it allowed some shifting of the contents to the walls of the box. Item as described and fair value, but seller was a bit slow to respond about an issue of the BIOS having a password which resulted in the item being returned for a refund. Overall a good experience, but extra time invested.
