Unfortunately my FedEx package was broken into prior to delivery and the brass horse head was missing from the walking stick! FedEx apparently had inspected the package because there was a FedEx X-ray sticker on the package where it had been broken into. ) I have messaged the seller with details and several pictures twice with no response addressing the damaged package! They need to contact FedEx to resolve the issue?! Not happy with the customer service.

Hi , we have contacted to fedex , they said that they have given you proper closed box with fedex label , and they've asked that why buyer have taken the broken box from delivery guy , you should have refused the delivery . now they are blaming that buyer himself took the handle head and now asking false claims . thank you

The item that was sent to me was different in appearance from what I had ordered. I inquired about this with the seller. The seller responded that while the appearance is different, the functionality is the same, so there is no problem. From that response, it became clear that the seller acknowledged sending something different but had no intention of exchanging it. So, I ended up receiving an item with a different design. From now on, I will not make purchases from this seller.
