4-Channel K-Type Digital Thermometer Thermocouple Sensor -200~1372°C/2501°F

Shockingly capable

1. For the price of one thermocouple from a name-brand supplier, you can have four thermocouples and a reader. This purchase would be almost worth it even if the reader didn't work. 2. The reader works just fine. It appears that it is not calibrated at the factory, because it has a calibrate button which (presumably) allows the amplifier to correlate the thermocouple voltage at ambient to the internal thermistor. (Digital thermocouple readers have temperature referenced to an internal high-precision thermistor) 3. Giant display -- better than readers that cost hundreds of dollars I'm sure you give up some accuracy and repeatability by buying one of these cheap readers, but I think that most people will be fully satisfied with the functionality.
