If he refurbished the item himself then he is quite the geek. I would do business with him again in a heart beat. I have sent him a question about newer LG players and their playing formats in a separate post. Based on his refurbishing skills, I'm hoping he has the knowledge to answer my question.

The way the delivery people handle the merchandise it was great to see that they package the product that it could be dropped from the top of the empire state building and it wouldn't still get damaged. Kudos to the packaging department. Also it was delivered in a timely manner. Will definitely do business with them again.

I contacted seller stating I only want to return the one damaged item. The seller replied with the following: "We provided 2 return shipping labels because the eBay return Case you opened was for the return of both units. You do not need to return both units, but you do need to update the eBay Case and request return of just 1, not both units so we can process a refund on just the 1 return upon receipt of the unit."

Seller was very easy to communicate with and fast to respond with good information. Shipping was slow due to carrier not working on week-end them delivering to very rural area which is all understandable. Overall was a positive experiance.

Apparently now it's too late to cancel the order, though it hasn't shipped? Feels like I've been scammed on an already overpriced item. Really irritated.
