  The shipping was super fast. The Blu-ray player worked very well right out of the box. The seller's description was spot on. If he refurbished the item himself then he is quite the geek. I would do business with him again in a heart beat. I have sent him a question about newer LG players and their playing formats in a separate post. The way the delivery people handle the merchandise it was great to see that they package the product that it could be dropped from the top of the empire state building and it wouldn't still get damaged.
