  Seller waited a week to ship and did not respond to messages. I ordered a replacement from another vendor six days later and received it before this one. I asked the shipper three times not to ship the item because I had to order another but they shipped it anyway. I had to waste more of my time and pay for return shipping. Worst eBay experience I have ever had.

  Item arrived 10 days after shipping and 14 days after purchase, and I needed it in a week's time. When it arrived, tape deck wouldn't work, but seller was very responsive and refunded my money - which was great. I've asked repeatedly about the shipping label to return the item, but I guess they don't want it back.

  I guess, this feedback is for the post office. We ship in a reasonable time, ad yes you can keep it since the shipment will cost more than what you pay for it. We issued a full refund to you, so what is the real reason of a neutral feedback?!?!
