A Failure of Nerve by Edwin H. Friedman (2007)
In "Failure of Nerve" Friedman deals with the central issues involving leadership verses another 10 steps of techniques or the "I did it, so can you" approach.
Freidman brings with him over 30 years of experience in a vast numbers of different organized systems from the family to the federal government. A great read for leaders who not only understand the importance and difficulties of leading, but who actually want to make a difference.

solid as expected
the commentary is solid as expected. Thorough and lucid study of the text and surrounding context as a whole. I have rarely been disappointed with the NICNT Commentary series (Big fan of Gordon Fee)even though I bought this individual commentary because of Joel Green's work in this tome as well as his general reputation.
