    I this item from this vendor for $85 plus shipping but I picked up the item in person. The vendor agreed to refund the shipping costs when I picked up the item. When I got there, the person met me said that he was just there to give me the item but the wasn’t aware about any refund. My complaint is about paying for shipping but the item was not shipped it was personally picked up by me. How can we resolve this matter?
