Not cold
The water pours very slow and is not cold

More detailed instructions would be helpful
1 of 1 found this helpful Don't fill the top bottle when the bottom is full, we had a major overflow so unsure how the unit can be 22 liters. The bottle came unassembled, even the filter cartridge and there is only a 2 page pamphlet that doesn't give you any instructions (3 pictures) so it ended up being a google search to figure it out. We just got it today so we'll see over a couple weeks how it performs.
